Pastor Peter Musyoka
Pastor Peter Musyoka is the Lead Pastor of AIC Kanzinwa and the Patron of the Compassion International-supported KE0759 project. Under his spiritual leadership the CDC has grown from 200 to 371 beneficiaries, launched the AIC Maeni Satellite, and established the AIC Kanzinwa Academy — now ranked top 10 in Kitui County. He chairs the Overall Management Committee and provides the pastoral oversight, community trust, and theological grounding that anchors every programme.
Joshua K. Mutisya
Joshua leads the day-to-day operations of AIC Kanzinwa CYDC and serves as Secretary to the Overall Management Committee. He previously served as Project Accountant from March 2010 to December 2022, bringing deep institutional knowledge and a passion for community-driven development.
Fidelis Kaluki
A Registered Nurse licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya, Fidelis delivers compassionate, child-centred care across the programme. She leads health education, medical outreach coordination, and social-emotional support — promoting the holistic well-being of every participant.
Daudi Maanda Ngunga
Daudi manages the project's financial records with precision and integrity, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards. His work supports the audit excellence that has seen the project achieve a 90% Compassion International audit rating.
Agnes Kamene Kivara
Agnes chairs the ASM Project Committee, providing governance, strategic oversight, and community accountability. She ensures programme activities align with the mission of holistic child development and Compassion International's standards of excellence.
Magdaline Kanini
Magdaline serves as Project Treasurer, overseeing the careful stewardship of all project funds. Her role ensures financial transparency, proper recording of all transactions, and accountability to donors, Compassion International, and the community.
Agnes Wayua
Agnes Wayua maintains accurate records, coordinates communications, and ensures seamless administration across all programme activities. Her diligence is central to the operational efficiency of the project.
