WE ARE STRANGERS ON EARTH, CITIZENS OF HEAVEN.

Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art. In youth we learn; in age we understand. A youth, when at home, should be filial and, abroad, respectful to his elders. He should be earnest and truthful. He should overflow in love to all and cultivate the friendship of the good. When he has time and opportunity, after the performance of these things, he should employ them in polite studies.

Time is the rider that breaks youth. If you don’t captivate youths now for Christ, something else will come in to carry them captive! Once youths are awakened by Christ, they will be ‘woke’ to the cause of Christ. Empowered youths become producers. Entertained youths become consumers. Proverbs 1:8-9 “Hear, my son, your father’s instruction, and forsake not your mother’s teaching, for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.” Ecclesiastes 11:9-10 “Young people, enjoy your youth. Be happy while you are still young. Do what you want to do, and follow your heart’s desire. But remember that God is going to judge you for whatever you do.”

We have been having an intensive, life-transforming and well researched three days training on spiritual growth and empowerment by iServe Africa missionaries to both registered and non-registered youths mostly between ages 12-18 years which is made to run from 15th-17th of March 2022 whose theme is; WE ARE STRANGERS ON EARTH, CITIZEN OF HEAVEN. Their daily average attendance number are 85 youths. We are aiming into attainment of spiritual outcome more so the three core indicators in each of these youths. ”Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6.
