MY COLLEAGUES IN KITCHEN

“You must be the change you want to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi. Accountability and self-responsibility are critical to our success in personal, professional and public life. The moment you take responsibility for everything in your life is the moment you can change anything in your life. “Accountability breeds responsibility.” Stephen R. Covey. Personal responsibility is the willingness to completely accept choices that we have made throughout our life.

Cooking is like painting or writing a song. Just as there are only so many notes or colors, there are only so many flavors—it’s how you combine them that sets you apart. Real cooking is more about following your heart than following recipes. A good food is mouthwatering when you see it and finger licking when you eat it. Food is your body’s fuel. Without fuel, your body wants to shut down. Good food is all the sweeter when shared with good friends.

My colleagues are passionate and good cooks I can’t deny that. They normally find themselves cooking even at work/FCP from time to time. They blend well in kitchen and they prepare mouthwatering foods. They are a great inspiration to many especially registered youths. They are strategizing on how commence catering service training to willing youths from the church and open food court around in the near future to both create employment and earn them income. It’s anticipated that blue color jobs will be paying heavily in less than a decade years to come and we must be ready for that.
