EIGHT DUE SHELTER RENOVATION IMPLEMENTATION AT A.I.C KANZINWA

The minute we become an integrated whole, we look through the same eyes and we see a whole different world together. We have all known the long loneliness and we have learned that the only solution is love and that love comes with community. Every person is defined by the community he or she belongs to. One of the marvelous things about community is that it enables us to welcome and help people in a way we couldn’t as individuals. Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much. There is immense power when a group of people with similar interests gets together to work toward the same goals. Our generation has the ability and the responsibility to make our ever-more connected world a more hopeful, stable and peaceful place. In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it. The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members. As you grow older you will discover that you have two hands. One for helping yourself, the other for helping others. Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature. One of the most important things you can do on this earth is to let people know they are not alone. Every successful individual knows that his or her achievement depends on a community of persons working together. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth.

We at KE759 fortunately got notified by Compassion International Inc. Kenya for due funding for shelter renovation implementation in December 2021 which is aimed to benefit eight families from which our registered children and youths come from. We have strategically grouped caregivers from respective regions to give those that are to directly benefit an helping hand by availing locally available materials in the month of February 2022, this concept is in alignment with parent committal forms that all caregivers dully appended their signatures in acceptance of supporting even other children or youths wherever there is a need. This is not the first time that we are using this communism approach in our Frontline Church Partner and it has effectively worked very well. In April 2019 we refurbished 24 such houses still funded by Compassion International Inc Kenya for respective homesteads also from which our supported children and youths come from using this approach and it effectively worked. We have a deadline to meet by June this year but we are targeting to accomplish this noble task two months before due dates, that is in April 2022. Qavah methodology brought sense in our caregivers since it was was introduced in April 2014 in our church. They embraced, owned it and got empowered. Networking and resource mobilization is always at it’s highest peak here in Kanzinwa and we sincerely thank God for everything!
