ASK, SEEK AND KNOCK

Regardless of what challenge you are facing right now, know that it has not come to stay. It has come to pass. During these times, do what you can with what you have, and ask for help if needed. Most importantly, never surrender. Put things in perspective. Take care of yourself. Find ways to replenish your energy, strengthen your faith and fortify yourself from the inside out. ”Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. I do that every day. Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength.” Barak Obama. One of the biggest defects in life is the inability to ask for help. The hardest part to get to is that point of asking for help or reaching out to other people and being honest with yourself. Never hesitate to show your own staff that you need help. They need to be reminded how important they are to the process. In life and in business, we rely on each other to be responsible for individual tasks that benefit everyone. People sometimes forget how much interdependence there really is in a successful business. Learn the art of asking for help to empower and motivate others, and you will have learned a very powerful management strategy.

On 14th of September 2021 i paid a visit at Kitui Women Representative’s Office with an aim of networking for bursaries for three youths; two are in form one in respective National schools and another one is in form four in an extra county level school and i was able to be issued with cheques for each of those students worthy 10,000 Kenya Shillings from National Government and Affirmative Action Funds (NGAAF) Kitui County kitty! Kudos of you Mama Miradi her Excellency Irene Kasalu, you are doing impeccable job! She is ready to also fund a certain group of caregivers in our project that has been operating advanced table banking commonly known as COmmunity SAving and LOaning (COSALO) and which has recently commenced catering services in this locality for income generating to empower themselves via increased livelihood. We have helped this particular group by the name Neema group request for 930,000 Kenya Shillings from the same office and hopeful communication is ongoing about the same and we are hoping for the best. I impulse everyone to both hopefully and boldly knock relevant doors and those that we are at same wavelength and tap needed resources, may they be material in kind or in cash form to complement what we have since resource at our disposal is limited and cannot satisfy or meet every need of our registered beneficiaries. Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you’ve imagined.

”Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Mathew 7:7-8 NIV
