The speed of the boss is the speed of the team. This community, country and even globe will not be a good place for any of us to live in unless we make it a good place for all of us to live in. There is immense power when a group of people with similar interests gets together to work towards the same goals. Make a commitment to serve the needs of the ‘least of these’ and give voice to the voiceless. The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth. Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek. In teamwork, silence isn’t golden, it’s deadly. There’s nothing greater in the world than when somebody on the team does something good, and everybody gathers around to pat him on the back.
I have all reasons to applaud KE759 Frontline Church Partner caregivers for their passionate and persistent contribution towards Child and Youth Development Centre here! Both monetary and local contribution! Kudos great people! Currently we have over Kshs. 200,000/= in parents contribution kitty commonly known as Account 500, we have a 3 lorry capacity heap of fire woods, 4 lorry capacity heap of sand, 1 lorry capacity heap of concrete and the same caregivers are busy clearing and leveling 5 respective portions of farming land which have also been donated by some willing caregivers where we are aiming each of them to have his or her portion to plant vegetables for both domestic and commercial use. This quantifies to over 1 MillionKshs value in two months’ time; from January 2021 to date!
